Artisan Bread Making runs from 1PM – 4PM
Grades 5 – 8 runs in Week 2 and Grades 3 – 5 runs in Week 5
Summer Chefs will learn the art of making various types of breads in this culinary workshop. Experience the art and science behind combining specific recipe ingredients to make delicious bread from scratch! Students will apply math and engineering, as they mix and measure & assemble and create their breads. Kitchen health and safety practices will be introduced during the first class, and practiced throughout.
