Simple Desserts | Grades 2-6


Simple Desserts Grades 5 – 8 runs from 9AM – 12PM

This course has been developed to provide youngsters a culinary experience with basic knowledge and the necessary skills to produce quality simple desserts. With guidance from a professional chef, students will be creating simple desserts such as a fruit tart, panna cotta with fresh berries, chocolate French pudding with almond biscotti, to name a few.
