All about chocolate! Students will understand its properties and explore the art of this ever-popular material. Learning how to temper it and making chocolate bonbons and decorations is just a start. We’ll prepare lava cakes, chocolate truffle mousse domes – plus chocolate glaze and chocolate sauce. Kitchen health and safety practices will be introduced during the first class, and practiced throughout. (For 9th-12th grade students)
