Explore a world of laminated doughs! Using our real commercial dough sheeters (safety first!) students will mix, laminate, shape and fill. Among croissants, students will also prepare cinnamon rolls, cheese danishes and bi-color chocolatines. Organic, non-bleached flour, European 83% butter and other high quality ingredients will be used. Kitchen health and safety practices will be introduced during the first class, and practiced throughout. (For 3rd-5th grade students)
