The legendary Napoleon cakes and Eclairs can be found among most bakeshops in France. Reveal the secrets of Puff Pastry dough and Eclair dough preparation (a.k.a. Pâte à Choux) and use your own vanilla custard to fill those yummies. Tempering custards, dough lamination and presentation techniques are essential to know and we will be there to show off our new skills! Kitchen health and safety practices will be introduced during the first class, and practiced throughout. (For 3rd-5th grade students)
