Smoothies, Parfaits, Acai Bowls Grades 5 – 8 runs from 9AM – 12PM
Students will learn the art of crafting fun, nutrient-rich, delicious, and customized smoothies! Plus, juices, fruit salads, parfaits, and acai bowls – using fresh ingredients. Next, let’s all Scream for Ice Cream! Utilizing ice cream prepared in-house participants will create desserts like ice cream cakes, pies à la mode, ice cream sandwiches, and more. Participants will learn the correct use of pastry bags, basic piping skills, culinary measuring skills, and introductory decorating. They will practice some math and engineering, as they mix and measure, assemble and create!
