CD-107 | Real Estate Salesperson Licensing

This course is designed for those interested in studying modern real estate transactions, real estate law, real estate commission rules and regulations, and preparing for the New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Examination. Obtaining a real estate license requires taking this course and passing the state exam. The entire process can be completed in a few months. This course is designed for those who are interested in studying modern real estate transactions, real estate law, real estate commission rules and regulations, and preparing for the New Jersey Real Estate Licensing Examination.The New Jersey Real Estate Commission mandates that all real estate licensees complete 12 continuing education credit hours every two years to maintain their license. The Bergen Community College Continuing Education CEU Course meets all NJ State requirements. Textbooks, materials, ID card and exam fees are not included, course texts are located in the college library for student use.

Upon completion of this course, students will have a year to register to take the state licensing exam for a fee of $45 through PSI.
