Hours: 200 instructional hours or approximately one year

This program prepares students to enter the field as assistant to the project superintendent, construction project manager, building maintenance manager, estimator, or scheduler. Those individuals already in the field will gain skills and knowledge to further their careers at the safety, management, site superintendent, and project management levels. Professionals from other disciplines may enroll to develop an understanding of the building design, engineering and construction process. Courses begin with a solid understanding of blueprint reading, understanding estimating, project scheduling with Oracle Primavera P6, and the construction process. Attend this program and enhance management skills; gain an understanding of contract documents, legal issues, safety, insurance and dispute resolution.
