Learn Construction Project Scheduling with industry standard scheduling software, offered online with hands-on educational instruction. A personal computer with a Microsoft platform and administrative capability to download software is required to take this course. This course teaches the basics and fundamentals of construction project scheduling reviewing the latest versions of Oracle Primavera P6 software systems. Learn hands-on application of the concepts of basic logic and planning, preparation, tasks, resource and cost loading, tracking, and updating of a project schedule. Students create their own project schedules and learn how to run various reports. Learn about diagnostic tools, how they measure and how they can be used to make improvements resulting in increased performance, healthier environments, reduced cost, and energy savings. Creating understanding and implementing a project schedule is an important basic requirement for:
