Early Career

This program is for students who have not decided if they want to go straight to work after high school or attend college so they are going to prepare for a career while simultaneously earning college credit.

Early Career programs prepare graduates with skills necessary for immediate hire in high demand industries or can be eligible for transferrable college credit. High school juniors or seniors attend their home district for part of the day and Bergen’s campus for part of the day. For non-college-bound students, Early Career programs provide the handson training that prepares them for attractive careers upon graduation.

For college-bound students, receive transferrable college credits in addition to technical and essential workplace skills.
