CP-360 | Introduction to Basic Tools and Safety

Introduction to Basic Tools and Safety is designed to teach the safety and practical use of hand and power tools that are used in the fields of construction and manufacturing. Students are introduced to hand drills and drill presses; miter saws, power saws, and hand saws; wrenches such as combination, ratcheting, socket, and pipe; various fasteners; hand files; layout tools; grinders; material handling; basic shop math and measuring; shop safety and introduction to OSHA.
