The Technical Assistant Certification Program is a 45-hour New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA)-approved training program designed to prepare students to support the daily operations of municipal construction offices. Students learn permit processing, records management, fee calculations, customer service, document review procedures, construction office administration, and Uniform Construction Code (UCC) requirements. Successful completion satisfies the educational requirement for Technical Assistant certification.

Certification Exam Preparation: This course satisfies the educational requirement for the NJ DCA Technical Assistant Examination. Exam fees are not included with course registration.
