The Electrical Inspector ICS course is a 60-hour New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA)-approved training program designed for individuals seeking licensure as an Electrical Inspector for Industrial and Commercial Structures (ICS). Students learn how to inspect electrical systems, review plans, apply code requirements, evaluate installations, and document inspection findings in accordance with the National Electrical Code and New Jersey regulations. Successful completion satisfies the educational requirement for Electrical Inspector ICS licensure.

Students who successfully complete the course will receive a Certificate of Completion documenting successful completion of a DCA-approved educational program.
This course also serves as preparation for the New Jersey DCA Electrical Inspector ICS Licensing Examination. The licensing examination is administered separately, and the exam fee is not included with course registration.
