CD-075 | Building Inspector RCS (Residential Commercial Structures)

Building inspectors typically review plans to ensure they meet building codes, local ordinances, zoning regulations, and contract specifications. They also monitor construction sites periodically to ensure overall compliance. This course covers topics such as structural design, fire protection systems, systems design and installation practices, mechanical systems, general requirements of electrical and plumbing sub-codes, and plan review and field inspection:

Prerequisites: Knowledge of Building Codes and experience in the field
