General Questions
What age groups do your programs serve?
- Our programs are designed for students in grades 1 through 12.
What are the benefits of enrolling my child in your programs?
- We offer a wide variety of enriching and engaging classes that can help your child develop new skills, explore their interests, and catch up on school requirements (depending on the program).
What is the cost of your programs?
- Tuition fees vary depending on the program and duration. Please visit the specific program webpage for details.
Do you offer financial aid for your programs?
- Unfortunately, we do not offer financial aid for our Kids and Teens Programs at this time.
Will lunch be provided for my child? What if they finish early?
- The Kids and Teens Summer Staff supervise a lunch hour, but parents/guardians are responsible for providing a peanut-free lunch for their child. If your child finishes their lunch early, we will have outdoor activities and games to keep them engaged for the remainder of the time.
What if my child will be picked up by someone other than their parent?
- If someone other than a parent will pick up your child, written consent via email is required. Please notify us at [email protected] to authorize this arrangement.

After School Enrichment Program
What types of classes do you offer in the After School Enrichment Program?
- We offer a wide range of classes, including STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), Music, Drama, Dance, Leadership, Business, and more!
What are the days and times of the After School Enrichment Program classes?
- Class days and times vary depending on the specific course. Please visit our website for the current schedule.
Do you offer transportation to and from the After School Enrichment Program?
- No, we do not offer transportation at this time.
Summer Learning Academy
What age groups does the Summer Learning Academy cater to?
- The Summer Learning Academy is open to students in grades 1 through 12.
How long are the Summer Learning Academy sessions?
- The Summer Learning Academy offers six weekly sessions, Monday through Friday. You can choose to enroll your child for the full six weeks or individual weeks.
Do you offer full-day and half-day options for the Summer Learning Academy?
- Yes, we offer both full-day (9:00 am – 4:00 pm) and half-day (9:00 am – 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm) options.
What is included in the before and after care for the Summer Learning Academy?
- Before and after care provides supervision for students outside of program hours. We offer activities and ensure the safety of students during this time.
Will lunch be provided for my child if they attend the program for the full day?
- We provide supervised lunch hours each day of our summer program. We do not provide lunch, please pack your child a nut free lunch that does not require refrigeration.
Summer High School
What types of classes are offered in the Summer High School program?
- The Summer High School program offers two types of classes: New Work for Credit and Credit Recovery.
What is the difference between New Work for Credit and Credit Recovery classes?
- New Work for Credit allows students to take new courses and earn credit towards graduation. Credit Recovery allows students to retake a failed course and improve their grade.
Does my child need approval from their school administrator to take a New Work for Credit or Credit Recovery class?
- Yes, students must receive prior approval from their school administrator before enrolling in a New Work for Credit or Credit Recovery course. A form from your child’s high school is also acceptable.
What are the dates and times of the Summer High School program?
- The Summer High School program runs from July 2nd to August 1st, 2024, with no classes on Fridays. New Work for Credit classes run from 8:00 am to 3:10 pm, while Credit Recovery offers morning (8:00 am – 11:20 am) and afternoon (11:50 am – 3:10 pm) sessions.
***If your child will not be taking courses for credit, please send us an email with their name indicating their intention not to pursue credit for the course.***
What if my child will miss a few day of the Summer High School program?
- If your child plans to miss over two days, please speak with program staff. Missing much of the course may not suit the program’s short duration.
