Summer High School

Diverse High School Students In Class

Our summer program lets high school students catch up or get ahead with two types of classes: New Work for Credit, designed for students aiming to advance, and Credit Recovery, for those students needing to retake a failed subject.

Aligned with New Jersey’s educational standards, our program offers a learning environment where students work alongside local high school teachers and peers, ensuring a comprehensive and supportive educational experience.

Our Summer High School program is from July 2 to August 1, 2024. There are no classes on Fridays. New Work for Credit classes are from 8:00 a.m. to 3:10 p.m. For Credit Recovery, you can choose morning classes from 8:00 a.m. to 11:20 a.m. or afternoon classes from 11:50 a.m. to 3:10 p.m.

REGISTRATION BEGINS FEBRUARY 1ST, 2025.

Welcome to the Summer High School Program!

We’ve designed a seamless process to help you explore and enroll in courses tailored to your academic needs. Whether your goal is to advance or catch up, follow these simple steps to get started! Prepare for registration with this How To Guide.

Ready to Register? Here’s How!

Step 1: Explore Course Options

Begin by exploring our two main offerings:

  • New Work for Credit: Advance your academic goals with courses designed to help you get ahead.
  • Credit Recovery: Retake and earn credit for previously failed courses to stay on track.

Step 2: Create Individual Accounts

Before registering, create an account and complete the Student Information Form for each child. This form gathers essential details such as emergency contacts and health information. Each child requires a unique account.

***Important: Registration cannot be completed without filling out the Student Information Form.***

Step 3: Approval for Credit Courses

If your child is enrolling in a credit-bearing course, approval from your local school district is required. Download and complete the Approval Form, or use a form provided by your child’s high school. Submit completed forms via email to [email protected].

Note: If your child is not pursuing course credit, please notify us via email with their name and course details.

Step 4: Choose Your Courses

Browse and select the courses that fit your needs. Once you’ve made your choice, click the “Register Now” button to add the course to your cart and proceed with enrollment.

Step 5: Complete Your Registration

After completing the registration process, you’ll receive a confirmation email. However, your enrollment won’t be finalized until we receive the completed Health and Safety Questionnaire, which will be sent to you via email.

Important Deadline: Ensure the questionnaire is submitted at least one week before the course begins. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your enrollment without a refund.
